The Pho Spot announces opening date in Sale

Vietnamese street food fans won’t have long to wait – The Pho Spot will open on Saturday 19 July in Stanley Square in Sale.

Run by owner Poi Ye, the vibrant café will bring the bold, fresh flavours of Vietnam to the heart of town. From comforting bowls of traditional pho to crispy spring rolls, bánh mì, rice dishes and more, The Pho Spot is all about authentic street food served fast, fresh and full of flavour.

We first shared news of the new arrival back in June, and since then, excitement has been building for its official launch.
