Sale residents urged to share what supports their wellbeing in new survey
People living in Sale are being encouraged to take a few minutes to complete a new wellbeing survey that could help shape future activities and support in local community centres.
Healthwatch Trafford is asking residents in Sale and Partington to take part in its Five Ways to Wellbeing Survey, designed to better understand what helps people feel good and function well in everyday life.
The survey is anonymous and gives local people the chance to share what genuinely supports their wellbeing, whether that is feeling connected to others, getting active, taking notice of the world around them, learning something new or giving back to the community.
The feedback collected will help inform the kind of activities, services and support offered through local community centres in the future. In other words, it is a chance for people in Sale to have a say in what happens locally and to help shape support around what real residents actually need.
Healthwatch Trafford says it wants to hear directly from local people about what helps them stay well and feel positive in day-to-day life.
As the borough’s independent health and social care champion, Healthwatch Trafford provides information and signposting for anything related to healthcare or social care. The organisation also listens to people’s experiences, collects complaints and uses feedback to help improve services across Trafford.
Taking part in the survey is a simple way for residents to make their voice heard, while also helping shape local wellbeing support for the future.
