Sale residents invited to comment on Broad Road development plans

Residents in Sale are being asked to share their views on new proposals for Broad Road that would see the existing B&M store demolished to make way for a redevelopment of the site.

The site covers an area of approximately 0.33 hectares. The proposal is for the demolition of the existing B&M retail store and subsequent erection of an apartment block on the site.

The indicative layout shows the erection of a partial 5/6-storey apartment building, comprising 69 one- and two-bed apartments. The building will be set back from Broad Road, with planting and landscaping separating the building from the footway.
