Kampasi Restaurant gets the green light: Alcohol licence approved for Sale Moor's new small plates spot
Sale Moor's new neighbourhood restaurant, Kampasi, has been granted an alcohol licence, meaning its bring-your-own-bottle (BYOB) days are numbered.
Owners Tapiwa and Laurence confirmed the news to Life in Sale this week, with the restaurant set to begin serving wines, beers, spirits and cocktails from 29 April. Those who've been turning up with a bottle in hand needn't panic just yet — the current BYOB policy remains in place in the meantime.
Check out the upcoming drinks menu:
Kampasi opened on Northenden Road in January this year, serving a menu of globally inspired small plates, drawing on flavours from around the world. With a full drinks menu on the way, the team is also planning a programme of events to make evenings at Kampasi even more of an occasion.
A cheese and wine night is in the pipeline, alongside weeknight happy hour offers. Their first 'Wanderlust Wednesday' will take place on Wednesday 29 April.
New opening hours:
Tuesday-Thursday: 4-9.30pm | Friday-Saturday - 12-10.30pm and Sunday 12-5pm
