Take a look: Work progresses on ‘The Courts’ housing development in Sale

The long-awaited redevelopment of the former Sale Magistrates Court site is finally taking shape, with construction well underway on The Courts, a new residential scheme set to bring 84 homes to Sale.

We reported back in March that Trafford Council had approved the plans, which are now being delivered by Trafford Developments in partnership with P.I.C Homes. After years of the site lying practically untouched, the transformation is attracting strong local interest.

Take a look at the progress being made, showing the first homes beginning to rise on the plot:

The developers say their vision is to “deliver a development that combines striking design, thoughtful layouts and an uncompromising attention to detail.” Once complete, The Courts will feature a mix of luxury family houses and contemporary apartments, each designed with modern living in mind. Energy-efficient features, spacious interiors and high-quality finishes are all promised as part of the specification.

It has also been confirmed that local estate agent Ashworth Holme will act as the sole selling agent for the development, handling all enquiries and reservations. Interest has already been high, with more than 100 prospective buyers registered directly with P.I.C Homes ahead of reservations opening.

Reservations are expected to launch soon – register your interest directly with Ashworth Holme
