Show homes open at The Courts housing development in Sale
The Courts housing development in Sale has reached another major milestone, with two show homes officially launching today (Thursday 08 October).
The development, which is bringing 84 new homes to the former Sale Magistrates' Court site, will welcome its first prospective buyers for viewings from Saturday 17 October.
Life in Sale has followed the progress of The Courts since Trafford Council approved plans for the development. After years of lying largely untouched, construction has progressed over recent months, transforming the land off Ashton Lane and Washway Road.
Now, with the launch of two show homes, prospective buyers will have the opportunity to explore what's on offer at the development.
The Courts is being delivered by Trafford Developments in partnership with local developer P.I.C Homes and will feature a mixture of family houses and contemporary apartments.
The developers have promised energy-efficient homes, spacious interiors and high-quality finishes, with 21 of the 84 properties designated as 'affordable housing'.
Interest in the development has already been strong, with more than 100 prospective buyers registering directly with P.I.C Homes before reservations opened. Local estate agent Ashworth Holme has been appointed as the sole selling agent for The Courts and will be handling enquiries and reservations.
New property listings are expected to go live tomorrow, ahead of the first show home viewings on Saturday 17 October.
