Sale Greek restaurant offers diners 20% off food throughout September

Sokrates Taverna on Northenden Road is offering 20 per cent off your food bill every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout September.
Sokrates is one of Sale’s longest-running restaurants, having opened on Northenden Road back in 2000. Over the past 26 years, the Greek restaurant has built up a loyal local following, serving traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes in its characterful taverna-style setting.
The menu takes inspiration from Greek and Cypriot family recipes, with plenty of familiar favourites including grilled souvlaki, fresh seafood, vegetarian meze, moussaka and slow-cooked kleftiko.
Whether Sokrates has been one of your Sale food favourites for years or it’s somewhere you’ve always meant to try, September would be a great time to pay a visit.
The 20% discount is available on the whole food bill every Tuesday to Thursday during September 2026.
The offer is available to diners who book directly with the restaurant, either online or by calling 0161 282 0050. Bookings made through third-party platforms won’t qualify for the discount.
