New artisan bakery and cafe, Mode n Art, to open in Sale town centre

Sale’s food scene is about to welcome another exciting new addition, as Mode n Art – an artisan bakery and café – opens this weekend.

Located on Hereford Street, in the unit previously occupied by Bianco, Mode n Art promises to bring award-winning bakes, speciality coffee and seasonal lunches to the local community, all crafted with a commitment to protecting artisan traditions while embracing creativity and innovation.

The bakery is the creation of Tomas Krasnan, who previously told Life in Sale: “Mode n Art is a very personal project to me. We live very locally and we love the area. The business is all about protecting artisan traditions with creativity and innovations.”

At Mode n Art, every detail has been carefully considered, from using the finest, locally-sourced ingredients to employing time-honoured baking techniques that nourish both body and soul. The café is designed to be much more than just a place to grab a coffee or a pastry; it’s a welcoming space where the community can come together.
