Hong Kong Full Moon Market to return to Sale in October

Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural event, the Hong Kong Full Moon Market will return to Sale on Sunday 05 October 2025.

Stanley Square

The market, organised by Trafford Hongkongers CIC, Moliuliu’s Store and Stanley Square, made its debut in 2024 and proved to be one of the busiest days of the year in Stanley Square and School Road. Despite the rain on the day, crowds flocked to enjoy authentic food, community stalls, entertainment and a lively celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival – also known as the Full Moon Festival.

This year’s event promises more of the same atmosphere (and hopefully drier weather!), with a wide range of traders, entertainment and food planned for the day.

The Hong Kong Full Moon Market is free to attend and will once again transform Sale town centre into a hub of activity, showcasing culture, community and creativity.
