EweMove Sale marks first anniversary after “momentum-filled” year in M33
A local estate agent that set out to “change the estate agency experience” in Sale is celebrating its first anniversary this week, after chalking up more than 540 viewings, dozens of agreed sales and a regional awards nomination in its first year.
Pete and Samantha Corbett, EweMove Sale Estate Agents
EweMove Sale launched in late January 2025, with Samantha Corbett bringing a personalised, community-first approach to the local property market from its Sale Moor base.
Now, as the business approaches its one-year milestone on 31 January, co-owner Pete Corbett says the past 12 months have proved there was real appetite in M33 for an alternative to the ‘typical’ estate agency model.
“Our first year has been defined by momentum. To go from a standing start to conducting over 500 viewings and being nominated for a regional property award shows that homeowners in Sale were ready for a different kind of estate agent,” Pete told Life in Sale.
“We’ve taken particular pride in helping clients who had previously struggled to sell find success with us.
“For our second year, the goals are simple: to maintain our 5-star service standard and deepen our connections with local partners. We want to be the first port of call for honest property advice in M33.”
In a post marking the anniversary, EweMove Sale said it has listed 47 homes and agreed sales on 36 properties so far, while also building a growing rental management portfolio. The team added that it has carried out over 540 viewings along the way and has received 27 five-star Google reviews to date.
The first year has also included industry recognition, with EweMove Sale nominated for Residential Agency Team of the Year at the Insider Media North West Residential Property Awards 2026. The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony on Thursday 26 February 2026.
Keeping it local
Life in Sale has followed EweMove Sale’s journey from the early days, when Sam spoke about prioritising integrity, transparency and a personal touch – alongside a modern, tech-savvy service designed around busy homeowners.
Since then, the team has leaned hard into local partnerships and community support. That’s included sponsoring the Brooklands Dragons Firecrackers Girls U9s for the 2025/2026 season and working with Manchester Honey Company so buyers who complete on a home with EweMove Sale receive a locally made honey gift in their new-home box.
We look forward to hearing about more of their success in their second year!
