Bibble Bakes to re-open with first birthday celebration

Bibble Bakes, Sale’s independent cake shop on Ashfield Road, will reopen on Saturday 04 October (10am–4pm) following a short break in September.

Owner Lori-Anne Brandt temporarily paused trading after undergoing shoulder surgery, but is now ready to welcome customers back – and to celebrate the shop’s first birthday at the same time.

To mark the double occasion, Bibble Bakes will be giving away a free treat bag to the first 20 customers through the door on reopening day.

Since opening last year, Bibble Bakes has quickly become a local favourite, known for its lilac interior and freshly baked sweet treats, including brownies, blondies, cupcakes, bakewells and celebration cakes.

Lori said she’s looking forward to being back in the kitchen and celebrating a year of baking in Sale with her loyal customers.
