Pilates Manchester

Pilates Manchester is more than a fitness studio – it's a holistic spine, rehab and performance centre. The team will tailor sessions that not only build strength and flexibility but also focus on rehabilitation and pain management.

If you go: The studio is open for a variety of sessions Tuesday-Saturday every week.

Love sandwiches? Then you’ll love Rack! © Life in Sale

Rack

Despite its popularity with sandwich super-fans since opening in 2023, whenever we mention Rack, we're asked "where is it?!" This might be because of its first-floor location off School Road (look up!), but we promise, once you find it you'll return again and again.

If you go: Rack is open Tuesday-Sunday, 9am-4pm.
