Thrive Wellbeing Hub, Sale

Thrive is the creation of Tracey Sutton, who many local families will remember as the founder of Bump and Baby Hideout on Dane Road. With Thrive, Tracey has built on that same welcoming ethos – creating a supportive and nurturing environment for everyone.

Over the past twelve months, Thrive has become a trusted place where local people can connect, recharge and feel part of a wider community. From parents looking for support groups, to individuals seeking therapies for mind and body, to children enjoying tailored classes, the Hub has opened up opportunities for wellbeing in all its forms.

The success of Thrive reflects the growing demand for accessible wellbeing services locally and its broad range of classes means there’s something for everyone.

As Thrive marks its first year, it’s clear that it has already become an important part of Sale life – a place that has brought people together, promoted mental health and wellbeing and given locals a chance to pause and look after themselves.
