Moor Nook Apple Festival returns in September 2026
Moor Nook Apple Festival is back this autumn, taking place on Saturday 26 September, 12-3pm.
Visitors can look forward to:
Apple pressing and tasting – free to join (bring along spare, undamaged apples to take part).
Craft activities
Bowling in the park, alongside refreshments and homemade cakes.
The event is organised by the Friends of Moor Nook Park, who are also appealing for community contributions to help ensure the festival’s continued success. Donations go directly towards maintaining the park and supporting events like the Apple Festival that bring local people together.
“We believe in the power of community and the joy that Moor Nook Park brings to everyone,” said the Friends of Moor Nook. “Every donation, no matter how small, helps us care for the park and create memorable experiences for all who visit.”
