Greek street food Laros coming to Sale
Greek street food brand Laros is opening its first sit-down restaurant in Sale next week.
It will take over The Little B’s kitchen on Marsland Road. The partnership will see Laros permanently take over the kitchen at the pub, serving its street food favourites including gyros wraps, souvlaki skewers, loaded hot boxes and Greek salads.
It will also serve Greek-style burgers, including the Laros burger - a beef patty with feta cheese and sriracha mayo; grilled chicken with honey mayo mustard sauce and the fried talagani cheeseburger with sriracha mayo.
Founded by Nikolaos Fyllditakis in 2019, Laros is known across Liverpool, with three locations in the city. Speaking about the expansion, Fyllditakis said, "Expanding into Manchester is a really exciting moment for us.
“Liverpool has supported Laros from the beginning, so being able to bring our food to the city in a new venue felt like a natural next step for us.
“Taking over the kitchen at The Little B allows us to move away from a dark kitchen concept and offer a proper hospitality experience where guests can sit, relax and enjoy authentic Greek street food in a great atmosphere.
“Our goal has always been to share the food we grew up eating in Greece and show people how simple, fresh ingredients can create something really special.
"We’re looking forward to welcoming Manchester guests and sharing Laros with a whole new community.”
Laros will officially launch at The Little B on Friday 20 March.
