Sale business celebrates 10 years of transforming workplace communication

A Sale-based internal communications agency is marking a major milestone as it celebrates a decade in business.

Enthuse, Sale

Enthuse, founded in 2015 by Andrea Law (pictured far right above), has grown into a five-person, award-winning internal communications agency, working with clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to global corporates, charities and universities.

Andrea launched the business after a career with major companies including Co-op and Warburtons. She said: “After many years of working for corporate businesses, I decided to set up Enthuse just as I turned 40. Workplace and change communication are always evolving and I feel privileged to have helped some unique organisations solve their challenges and build lasting communication capabilities over the last decade.

“Whether we’re on the factory floor, down a mine, in the office or on campus, our team loves transforming employee communication. The highlights for us are when we get recognition from clients and their employees, who tell us we’re making a positive difference.”

Alongside its business success, Enthuse has also contributed to the local community. This year, the team began volunteering with Schoolreaders at a local primary school, helping children improve literacy and confidence. Andrea also supports fundraising for community group We are Sale Moor.

To mark its 10th anniversary, the agency has launched The Enthuse Surgery – free 30-minute sessions for leaders to discuss workplace communication challenges, from employee engagement to managing change. For more information and to book a call, visit enthuse-comms.co.uk.
