First look: Inside the new Bean & Brush Cafe

The popular Sale business is set to become a family-friendly hotspot in Stanley Square.

Bean & Brush Family Art Cafe is opening in Sale’s Stanley Square

Bean & Brush Family Art Café opens the doors to its new venue in Stanley Square tomorrow (Friday 10th March).

We went down to take a sneak peek inside the cafe, ahead of its opening.

Owned and run by Michelle and Gramham Starling, Bean & Brush has become a well-known – and well-loved – art cafe in M33 since opening 12 years ago.

The cafe will combine arts and crafts activities with its usual food and drink offerings.

On our visit, we found the atmosphere to be modern, bright and airy – it’s going to be a great place for people to eat, relax and socialise in a unique and creative environment.

Graham said, “Our new site is more of a classic ‘paint a pot’ art cafe. We are planning evening sessions for adults and will have a hatch to serve takeaways such as coffee, sundaes and ice creams.

“Moving to Stanley Square felt like the right thing to do, as it’s a higher traffic area than our original site on Hayfield Street and there’s a lot happening. We can’t wait to open now!”

Sale's Stanley Square has developed a bit of a reputation recently as one of M33's most exciting food and drink hotspots. Bean & Brush, already a long-established Sale business, will add even more value to the scene there.

So next time you're in town, add a visit to Bean & Brush to your Sale to-do list.

Bean & Brush opens tomorrow, Friday 10 March, from 10am. The team is not taking bookings for its first weekend, but if you do wish to book a table in the future, call 0161 973 2140 or email bookings@beanandbrush.co.uk

Regular opening hours are 9am - 5pm, seven days a week
